As Chief Financial Officer of Sully-Miller, Jae Won oversees the company’s finance department and serves as a strategic business partner to the President, helping drive the organization’s long-term growth and success.
Jae brings over 20 years of experience to his role. Prior to joining Sully-Miller, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Colaska, a subsidiary of Colas USA, for nearly six years and previously held the role of Corporate Controller at Sully-Miller for approximately 3 years.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Alaska Anchorage. He also earned a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) Certification in 2009.
Jae is most proud of reaching his original career goal of becoming a Chief Financial Officer and fully training his replacement at Colaska as CFO, resulting in a smooth transition after his departure.
Outside of work, Jae enjoys spending time with his family and jokes that he has reached the age where his children are starting to beat him at sports.
