With over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, Erlie Munguia serves as the Human Resources Director at Sully-Miller. Erlie ensures all activities meet and integrate with organizational goals and requirements for profit, safety, and legal compliance while also maintaining a strong manufacturing and construction of human resources and safety management experience.
Erlie holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Riverside. He is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the HR Certification Institute.
Erlie enjoys traveling, backpacking, scuba diving, golf, movies, and spending time with his family.
