Thierry Le Cloitre

Equipment Director, Sully-Miller

As Sully-Miller’s Equipment Director, Thierry Le Cloitre oversees fleet management, maintenance operations, and performance optimization across both construction and industrial activities.

With nearly 2 years at Sully-Miller and about 27 years with Colas, Thierry brings international experience from Europe, Africa, and the Indian Ocean region. Before becoming the Equipment Director, he served as the Head of Equipment Services for Colas on Réunion Island.

Thierry holds an Engineering Degree from Arts et Métiers – ENSAM, France where he specialized in mechanical, industrial, and energy engineering.

He is particularly proud of contributing to the New Coastal Road (NRL) project where he played a key role in designing and implementing a precast concrete production facility, supporting one of the most significant infrastructure projects in Réunion Island.

Outside of work, Thierry enjoys hiking and exploring new environments as it reflects his curiosity and adaptability.
