Michael Ramos is the Technical Services Director at Sully-Miller. In this role, he is responsible for leading the company’s technical services efforts, supporting quality initiatives, and helping drive innovation across operations.
With more than 25 years of experience at Sully-Miller, Michael began his career in technical services and steadily advanced through the organization, taking on leadership roles before earning his current position as Director. He holds multiple testing and quality certifications and is especially proud of his role in building and evolving the Quality Control and Technical Department into what is now Technical Services. Through his dedication, along with the support of a strong team of quality champions, the department has expanded its capabilities to better serve the company and strengthen a culture of quality.
Michael considers himself to be a movie buff, owning over 800 movies. He has a goal to get his personal collection to 1000!
