Sully-Miller Contracting Co. has performed either major rehabilitations or new construction in some of the nation’s largest ports: the Port of Los Angeles, the Port of Long Beach. This includes constructing both Phase I and II of Pier 400 in the Port of LA with a combined contract value over $115M - the largest proprietary container terminal in the world.
