Pier G Maintenance Building, Port of Long Beach

The Pier G, Maintenance & Repair Building project includes the construction of a new 87,200 SF maintenance and repair building, a 17,500-square-foot reefer wash building, a 10,000 SF West Arrival building, associated car and equipment parking, and a longshore restroom.

Sully-Miller Contracting Co. was a subcontractor to W.E. O’Neil Construction who was Prime on this project. It was the responsibility of Sully-Miller Contracting Co. to Furnish, Deliver, and Lay (FD&L) Asphalt Pavement to the jobsite. Coordination with the Port of Long Beach, W.E. O’Neil and their subcontractors were vital to maintaining the project schedule.

The Asphalt Pavement was supplied by Blue Diamond Materials, a member of the Sully-Miller Group.
