Professionalism is Sully-Miller's primary aim and has been since George W. Sully and Earl B. Miller founded our firm in 1923.  Today building confidence with our customers continues to be our mission.  As part of the Colas Group, we have the technical and financial strength to build infrastructure ranging from road construction and heavy highways to airports and commercial private works.  Our professionalism stems from five core values embedded in every aspect of our work: Safety, Quality, Productivity, Teamwork, and Environmental Responsibility.

Sully-Miller is vertically integrated to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs and add value for our customers. Our United Rock products division is a 300-acre plant where raw aggregate material is processed into sand and gravel through cutting-edge crushing and screening operations. Our hot mix asphalt manufacturing division, Blue Diamond Materials, operates six asphalt plants and one portable rubber asphalt plant in Southern California. These divisions have the capability to produce specialty mixes and products according to our customers' needs-with extensive in-house quality control and a material design lab that is fully accredited by AASHTO.

Versatility is the cornerstone of our workforce. We have dedicated in-house crews for asphalt paving, concrete, grading, storm drain, sewer and waterline installation, dry underground utilities and traffic control. Together, these resources, capabilities and teams provide the versatility to excel and self-perform on even the most intricate public or private projects.
