The safety and health of our employees, the public, and the environment is on the forefront of everything that we do. Safety is at the top of the list when it comes to Sully-Miller's core business values. Our motto is and will always be "Safety First".

Our safety department administers and oversees our Incident Prevention Program by empowering every individual Sully-Miller employee to take action. Our divisions take care in insuring that our construction sites, asphalt plants and aggregate operations remain in compliance with company standards as well as all applicable agencies standards. At the same time, these individuals are considering the needs of their surrounding communities. Each division has an active safety committee led by employees of the respective division. These committees are engaged daily in maintaining a safe environment for everyone.

With our goal of continuous improvement, our dedicated employees and our drive for excellence, we aim to reduce our incident rate every year. Our ultimate goal is always zero incidents.
