Sully-Miller Contracting Co. is a full service contractor. We have over 85 years of experience in road building in Southern California. Including experience with city and county agencies and state work, we complete over 100 jobs annually.

Larger projects completed include: an $86 million Pier 400 Container Yard for the Port of Los Angeles and Taxiway reconstruction for Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
    
We are also great at working on smaller projects and experts in both on-site and off-site work.  We have completed more than 100 City of Los Angeles B-Permit projects. We do everything from obtaining permits, managing subcontractors, all the way through inspector punchlists and certificates of completion.   
    
We handle removals, grading, underground utilities (sewer, storm drain & water), and asphalt paving and concrete improvements. We have great relationships with subcontractors. We manage and coordinate their work of dry utilities, electrical, landscaping, striping and signage, asphalt sealing, slurry seal, grinding and asphalt recycling. We are specially positioned to meet your unique needs with our sister companies, Blue Diamond Materials, an asphalt manufacturer, and United Rock Products, an aggregates manufacturer.
