Sully-Miller Contracting Co. is a leader in underground utilities improvements in Southern California. We are experienced in water, sewer and storm drain systems. Our team coordinates seamlessly with our grading, concrete, and asphalt paving crews getting you your job “The Sully Way.”

We can handle everything from adjusting a single water valve, to connecting into existing utilities in congested downtown Los Angeles, or building new systems for a new development. We have experience working with all pipe materials such as reinforced concrete pipe (rcp), pvc pipe, and ductile iron pipe, just to name a few.

Current projects include a major pipeline construction job for Boeing’s Douglas Park development in Long Beach, the W Hotel in Los Angeles, and improvements to existing utilities in La Habra.
