Maintenance / Annual Contracts

Sully-Miller offers a unique service of maintenance contracts for companies with large or multiple facilities. We handle everything from parking lot repairs, asphalt resurfacing, repairs and concrete improvements.  We also help develop value adding solutions for our customers needs.

We also hold maintenance contracts with several cities for trench patching after underground utility repairs and improvement and major street improvements. Other annual contracts include speed hump installations.
