What happens when you need to repair a water line under custom concrete work?
This recently happened to the City of Long Beach, where LB Water Department had to repair a water line under some colored and stamped concrete. The "European Fan" shaped stamped could not be located. Sully-Miller's concrete foreman, Mark Ramirez, worked with his crew to trace out the existing pattern. Using plywood and strips of wood they duplicated the intricate concrete stamp. The crew was then able to repair the trench patch with a match to the existing pattern. They even matched the existing integral concrete color to account for the wear on the existing concrete.
