Sully-Miller gives college students the experience necessary to be successful in their future work environment. Each intern is paired with a mentor who will support and guide them throughout the course of their internship. The program enables interns to enhance and build their skills through coaching, and on-the-job interactions with colleagues.

Interns will have the opportunity to tour some of Sully-Miller’s plant locations, quarries, and jobsites. There, interns will be able to meet with those working on the job and learn more about the project.
