Performance Emulsions™ to serve a growing pavement preservation market
Sully-Miller Contracting Co. has recognized the need for local agencies to do more with their roads with less money. In most cases, local agencies do not have necessary funds available to completely rehabilitate their roads, but only have funds to extend the life of their roads through Pavement Preservation until funds are readily available. Performance Emulsions™ will now be able to offer solutions to protect today's transportation infrastructure.
Performance Emulsions™ will be managed by Scott Bottomley, currently Vice President/General Manager of Blue Diamond Materials, which is a division of the Sully-Miller group of companies.
Performance Emulsions™ will offer a full array of pavement preservation products, from traditional emulsions to specialty products, which have been specifically engineered and developed by Colas Solutions, Inc™. Some of these products include: SS-1h emulsion and polymer-modified emulsions, which are vital products to protecting our infrastructure and are a key component in both the rehabilitation and preservation process.
